A new LGBTQ play is coming to Birmingham's Old Rep Theatre this month with a brand new production called Noise.

"Noise discusses topics in the LGBTQ community and emphasises the importance for communication and connection," explains its writer, Thomas Moran.

“It follows the story of two young boys who, in the midst of the madness of their first year at university, begin a relationship. It’s a heart-warming story of love, loss and togetherness.”

Moran has turned to crowdfunding to help get this particular show on the road. Noise follows on from his previous project, a short film funded by O2 which he wrote, directed, filmed and edited himself.

Noise shows at The Old Rep between Thursday 13 and Saturday 15 April. Tickets are available now.
