Posted on 26 Jan 2018

As part of Shropshire’s celebration of the National Festival of LGBT History, Outing the Past explores the county’s hidden history.

The exhibition is also a rallying cry to the LGBT community to help preserve the objects that tell the stories that have often been airbrushed out of history.

Anyone interested in sharing their stories or donating an object to Shropshire Museums should contact Shrewsbury Museum and Art Gallery at shrewsbury.museum@shropshire.gov.uk

Opens: Saturday 5 February 2017. More information here.
